Damaged Products & Colours

All Products supplied by Paul Geoffrey - Create By Design must be checked by the recipient for any damages or imperfections before the item/s are attempted to be installed. Paul Geoffrey - Create By Design will not accept the return of products once fitting commences and also, will not be held accountable for any refit costs incurred through manufacturing defects or independent installer error. Please note it is not the responsibility of Paul Geoffrey - Create By Design to make any third party installer aware of these terms and conditions.

Payments

Upon purchase of your goods an initial deposit of 50% of the overall order amount is required to ensure the order is processed. Full payment is required via a BACS transfer 14 days before work is due to start. When purchasing on a supply only basis you will be required to pay the outstanding balance before goods are dispatched. I also ask that all separate installation charges are paid directly to your assigned fitter upon completion. Prices for my services are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at my sole discretion.
 

Restocking Charges 

Re-stocking charges of up to 50% may apply when returning goods. I'll also ensure you get the best possible restocking terms, unfortunately however, all restocking charges are set by my suppliers therefore are usually set terms.
 

Returns

When goods are being returned for any reason other than they are faulty, you will need to report this to myself within 14 days to ensure your return is processed. All goods must also be returned in resaleable condition. I also ask that any damaged items are reported and returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note, all fitted furniture is made to your specifications and therefore can’t be returned. Paul Geoffrey - Create By Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Fitters

All fitters I recommend to my cliental are self employed installers working independently with Paul Geoffrey - Create By Design. Their work has been approved by Paul Geoffrey - Create By Design, they are all highly qualified and experienced tradesman. Your fitter will be responsible for installation of your products.

Warranty

Paul Geoffrey - Create By Design will cover the replacement of any faulty products within the suppliers warranty. The Installation of any replacement products will be chargeable These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. I reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions.
